For many years I have been communicating daily with the spiritual world to get answers to questions I have, to get direction for what I have to do that day, to get support or explanations at unexpected events and/or in difficult times.
The messages I receive always fill me with love, with hope, with courage, with trust and so much more. And in difficult times they give me something to hold on to.
Sometimes the messages give insights and teachings, and bring knowledge I did not have before.

The message in this blog was passed on during a group session for balancing the Metal Element and later I was asked to put it here on the blog as well.
The Metal Element is one of the Five Elements from Traditional Chinese Medicine. The Metal Element includes lungs, large intestine, nose, skin, mucous membranes, the emotions of sadness, grief and courage.
The message was passed on by Yan Wang Ye. This is the leader of the Akashic Records.
Relax, breathe deeply into your lower abdomen and open your heart to best receive the meaning and healing of the message. 💗

The Metal Element, including the lungs and large intestine, has a deep impact on the physical body by regulating the prana, the chi in the body. When there are blockages in breathing in and breathing out, the prana will not be fully taken in/absorbed in the body. It will not be transported to the cells properly and therefore the energy production is impacted. What is needed then is to transform any blockage that is affecting the absorption of the prana in the physical, mental and emotional bodies.
That will help to breath in the pure chi from Heaven more effectively, and it will help to breath out the waste material of carbon dioxide more properly. This is very important for healing the metal element in general and the physical energy levels in particular.
Open your heart more dear ones for the energies, the nourishment and the prana which is all around you. Be still and just breath. That will help you more to live a balanced and energetic life than any energy bar or energy drink or a cup of coffee can bring to you.
Learn to live with breathing in the prana.
The lungs are able to do this when they are clean. So take care of your lungs by releasing grief, sadness, smoke, other contaminants. Go to places like the beach or the forest more often and ask your cells to fully open to breath the prana and the clean energies in.
Release whatever is bothering you more effectively by making conscious choices to release.
Give yourself an order to let go and to take in what is nourishing you.
Listen to your heart and your soul what it needs, as opening the heart will automatically help you to open the metal element to release more.
Live in alignment with nature, with your soul, with your higher self, and breath the lifeforce in.
Have the courage to live in alignment, as every thing you do which is not in alignment with who you truly are brings sadness to your soul. Your soul wants to express his or herself fully. Therefore, when you do not live in alignment, sadness is blocking your Metal element and your life force.
That is why this session is not only focusing on the lungs and the breathing, but also on alignment, as sadness can prevent the energy to flow. Do you understand?
You are all perfectly created and you are capable of living in alignment with the Source, with the prana, if you would only be able to release more and allow yourself to shine.
Breath in dear ones, allow the prana to help you restore your alignment with Source.
Align deeper with who you are and your light will shine brighter. The more your light will shine, the more energy will be able to move freely through your soul heart mind and bodies. You are loved, blessed and supported. The members of your beloved Heaven’s teams are there to help you. Open your heart to each of them.
