Soms krijgen we een schop onder onze kont om meer bewust te worden, omdat het leven ineens radicaal omgegooid wordt.
Bijvoorbeeld door een ernstige ziekte.
Een relatie die ineens onverwachts eindigt.
Geldproblemen die je ineens dwingen om andere keuzes te maken.
Die momenten dat je “rock bottom” raakt zijn die cruciale momenten dat je je gaat afvragen, wie ben ik, wat wil ik, en hoe nu verder….
En dan begint vaak het proces van het openen van hart en ziel.
Mijn leven was niet anders. De afgelopen jaren heb ik een intens pad gewandeld van het openen van mijn hart en het dieper belichamen van mijn ziel.
Mijn arts gaf me nog een paar maanden en had geen opties meer.
Ik voelde me eerst totaal verdoofd.
Is dit het dan? Zo jong.
Ik had nog zoveel dromen.
Zoveel wat ik wilde doen.
Zal het nu al eindigen? vroeg ik me af.
Nee. Mijn ziel wilde leven en was bereid om dan maar zelf te zoeken.
Niet bereid om op te geven. Niet bereid haar te laten stoppen door een mening van een arts.
En dus zocht ik, probeerde ik.
Reiki, magnetiseren en andere energetische behandelingen.
Supplementen, Biofotonen, Bioresonantie om het lichaam sterker te maken.
Mindfulness, Meditatie om mijn rust en ontspanning te bevorderen.
Allerlei vormen van spirituele healing.
Telkens opnieuw hoopvol.
En telkens opnieuw teleurgesteld over de effecten op mij.
Ik weet dat velen wel goede resultaten ervaren. Ieder van deze vormen van hulp heeft prachtige kwaliteiten. Maar voor mij deed het weinig.
En dát deed ongelooflijk pijn want de tijd ging voort.
Mijn tijd raakte steeds verder op.
Na al deze teleurstellingen had ik weinig zin in weer een volgende informatieavond.
Ik had er eerlijk gezegd weinig vertrouwen in.
Maar mijn spirituele kanalen waren open en mijn gidsen bleven zeggen: GA!
Dus ging ik. Had ik vertrouwen, nee niet in een verrassende uitkomst.
Wèl in mijn gidsen. Als zij zeggen dat het waardevol is, dan ga ik.
Maar ik had niet verwacht dat ik vervolgens 8 dagen terug zou gaan, een workshop zou volgen en mijn hele leven omgegooid zou worden. Deze keer in positieve zin.
Mijn gezondheid kwam terug! Wie had dat nog verwacht. Ik zelf in ieder geval niet.
Maar het gebeurde, stap voor stap.
Dat het nu wel gebeurde, na alles wat ik eerder had geprobeerd, maakte mij ervan bewust dat deze methode écht iets anders brengt.
Niet alleen fysiek.
Er veranderde iets in hoe ik in het leven stond.
Hoe ik met uitdagingen omging en hoe ik naar mezelf keek.
Waar ik mezelf jarenlang steeds meer verloor en afhankelijk werd van anderen, vond ik mezelf stapje voor stapje terug.
Ik ging leven vanuit wie ik werkelijk ben, mijn ziel.
Ik ben inmiddels bijna 16 jaar verder. 16 jaar in extra tijd, zoals ik het zelf noem 🙂
Het is de enige methode die ik keer op keer gebruik om steeds dieper bij mezelf te komen. Om uitdagingen te overwinnen, want die zijn inherent aan het leven.
Omdat ik om me heen steeds meer mensen zie en hoor, die voelen dat oude manieren niet meer werken en zich bewust zijn dat er mogelijk iets totaal anders nodig is, deel ik over dat proces en datgene wat mijn leven zo veranderde in de masterclass die ik samen met een vriendin, Sieta Sadhoeram, gaf. Waarom wij deze masterclass gratis geven.
Wat wij vooral hopen als je de masterclass hebt gekeken, is dat je hebt kunnen voelen waarom deze vorm van Source Healing, Tao Hands, zoveel voor ons betekent.
Wij geven deze masterclass niet omdat we onze theoretische kennis willen delen of een cursus willen verkopen.
Wij geven deze masterclass omdat dit recht uit ons hart komt. Deze methode heeft ons leven teruggebracht op momenten waarop wij beiden zelf niet meer wisten hoe wij verder moesten. Het is dus meer dan kennis, het is doorleefde ervaring.

Toen ik naar die informatieavond ging, had ik nooit verwacht dat ik acht dagen later nog steeds in de zaal zou zitten.
Ik had al helemaal niet verwacht dat het mijn leven zo zou veranderen. En ik moet er niet aan denken wat er gebeurd zou zijn als ik niet was gegaan. Als ik mezelf niet nog een keer een kans had gegeven.
Wat jij uit de masterclass haalt, kan ik natuurlijk niet voorspellen.

Was dat mijn intentie toen ik hiermee in aanraking kwam, anderen helpen?
Nee. Ik wilde mijn eigen leven redden.

Ik heb al wat ik leerde eerst toegepast om mijn eigen leven terug te brengen. Pas later ben ik het ook gaan gebruiken voor anderen, omdat het mijn passie was geworden.

What Would Have Happened If That Chair Had Remained Empty?
Dear one,
Sometimes life gives us a wake-up call by turning everything upside down.
A serious illness.
A relationship that suddenly comes to an end.
Financial difficulties that force you to make different choices.
Those moments when you hit rock bottom are often the moments when you begin to ask yourself: Who am I? What do I truly want? And where do I go from here?
That is often where the journey of opening the heart and reconnecting with the soul begins.
My own life was no different. Over the years, I have walked an intense path of opening my heart and embodying my soul more deeply.
At one point, my doctor told me I only had a few months left and that there were no further options.
At first, I felt completely numb.
Was this really it?
So young.
I still had so many dreams.
So many things I wanted to do.
Was it really going to end already?
No. My soul wanted to live. It was willing to keep searching.
Not willing to give up. Not willing to let a doctor’s opinion determine the outcome of my life.
So I searched. And I tried.
Reiki, energy healing and other energetic therapies.
Supplements, biophoton therapy and bioresonance to strengthen the body.
Mindfulness and meditation to find more peace and relaxation.
Many different forms of spiritual healing.
Each time I felt hopeful.
And each time I was disappointed by the results in my own case.
I know many people experience wonderful benefits from these approaches.
Each of them has beautiful qualities.
For me, however, they brought little change.
And that hurt deeply, because time kept moving forward.
My time seemed to be running out.
After so many disappointments, I had little desire to attend yet another information evening.
To be honest, I had very little faith in it.
Yet my spiritual channels were open, and my guides kept saying: GO!
So I went. Did I have faith? Not in a miraculous outcome.
But I did trust my guides. If they told me something was worth exploring, I listened.
What I did not expect was that I would return for eight more days, attend the workshop, and see my entire life turned upside down. This time in a positive way.
My health returned. Who would have expected that? Certainly not me.
Yet it happened. Step by step.
The fact that this was finally working, after everything else I had tried, showed me that this method offered something fundamentally different.
Not only physically.
Something changed in the way I approached life.
In the way I dealt with challenges and in the way I viewed myself.
For years I had gradually lost touch with who I truly was. Now, step by step, I found myself again.
I began to live from my soul.
Today, almost sixteen years have passed. Sixteen years of extra time, as I like to call it. 🙂
It is still the one method I return to again and again to connect more deeply with myself and to navigate life’s challenges, because challenges are simply part of being human.

Why We Offered This Masterclass For Free
More than anything, we hope that everyone who attended the masterclass could feel why Tao Hands means so much to us. We are not sharing it because we want to demonstrate our knowledge or sell a course.
We are sharing it because it comes from the heart. This method helped both of us at moments when we genuinely did not know how to move forward. For us, it is far more than information. It is lived experience.
We see so many people searching for answers that go beyond symptom management or temporary relief.
People who feel that something deeper is ready to change.
We want to offer something that we have personally experienced as a source of lasting transformation and greater quality of life.
That is why we created this masterclass. A small note for my English-speaking readers: this particular masterclass was offered in Dutch. However, if you have questions after reading this article, please feel free to reach out. I would be happy to answer them personally.
When I attended that information evening, I never imagined that eight days later I would still be sitting in that room. I certainly never imagined how profoundly it would change my life. And I do not like to think about what might have happened if I had stayed home. If I had not given myself one more chance.
I cannot predict what you will take away from this blog.

Was it my intention to help others when I first encountered this work?
No.I simply wanted my health, my strength, and my life back.
Everything else came later.
This two-day training gave me exactly that: a solution that helped me reclaim my life.
Back then, the training I attended lasted eight days. Today, the essence of those teachings has been distilled into a powerful two-day experience.
Everything I learned, I first applied to my own life. Only later did I begin using it to support others, as it gradually became a true passion of mine.
And now that passion is evolving once again.
Sieta and I now have the privilege of sharing these teachings with others.
For me, that brings the journey full circle.
It means a great deal to me, to both of us, that we are able to offer the Tao Hands Training in Dutch on June 13 and 14.
More than 7,000 people worldwide have completed this training, and many have experienced remarkable transformations of their own.
It is our heartfelt wish that this training may support many people in Dutch-speaking communities on their journey, just as it has supported us on ours.
While this particular training is being offered in Dutch, English-language Tao Hands Trainings are available through other certified teachers.
